Customers are eligible for a return or exchange within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as when purchased or received (unless there is a manufacturing defect), and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact. Proof of purchase is required to complete any return or exchange.

Please note that only regular-priced items are eligible for return. Sale items, safety items (e.g., life jackets), and raw or frozen foods are final sale and cannot be returned.

While we strive to fulfill deliveries efficiently, unforeseen circumstances — such as heavy Vancouver traffic, inventory discrepancies, or locations outside of our delivery zone — may result in delays or cancellations. Bodega Pets reserves the right to cancel any undeliverable orders.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
