-Drivers will only re-attempt once after first failed delivery.
-Drivers will call/text to communicate with you regarding deliveries, thus cell phone numbers are preferred when placing orders.
-If the delivery address is a business, please let us know the business hours in COMMENTS before check out and we will try our best to deliver to you before closing.
-Condo Dwellers: Please provide your buzzer codes, the location and hours of the concierge desk, and any delivery instructions that may help our drivers deliver your items in the most efficient way possible.
Raw & frozen food orders: Unfortunately, raw and frozen foods are not available for deliveries at this moment, if you need something urgently, we might be able to make special arrangements, please give us a call if you have any questions. Raw & Frozen foods are non-refundable.
